Adam extends his unbeaten run in junior squash grand prixes

Adam Sinkins made it two wins out of two, by easing through to his second Grand Prix win of the season without dropping a game at Broadland Sports in December, and must now be looking to extend his unbeaten run in January when the tournament series moves to his home club of Fakenham.

Clubmate Oli Bacon-Hilton was unable to clinch second place after being narrowly defeated by Nathan Taylor (EAT&SC) who gained his best ever finish. Positions 4-6 were also very closely contested, with Drew Butchart, also from Fakenham, playing in the top group for the first time. Drew went down to very close defeats to the more experienced Will Henden and Alex Coburn, whilst Will gained a hard fought 3-2 win over Alex to finish an excellent fourth.

Robert Davis and Milo Butler completed group 2 in which all matches were played in a great spirit, and provided superb entertainment for those watching.

                                                          Group 2 Final Placings

Group 3 also ran very close to seeding, and after two wins saw Izaak Butler and Jesse Baker contest the final. Izaak recovered from 0-1 down to win 2-1 in another sporting match.

Danielle Perry, who hails from Old Hunstanton in North-West Norfolk, was rewarded for another high mileage round trip of around 150 miles, winning 3 of her 4 matches to finish a creditable third, and only losing to group winner Izaak.
